These Terms of Service govern your use of JobMatch AI, operated by Elevate8 Consultants ("JobMatch AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using JobMatch AI or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
JobMatch AI provides AI-powered informational tools designed to assist users with job searches, resumes, applications, cover letters, interview preparation, and career planning.
Services may include:
JobMatch AI uses artificial intelligence to generate informational content. AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or recommendations that are not appropriate for every situation.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated materials before submitting them to an employer or relying on them.
JobMatch AI does not guarantee interviews, employment, job offers, employer responses, compensation, promotions, or any other employment outcome.
Employers independently determine their qualifications, hiring processes, and employment decisions.
The AI Application Pack provides AI-generated application materials based on information supplied by the customer. You are responsible for reviewing those materials for accuracy before using or submitting them.
Job Search Pro provides access to additional job-search and application features while an eligible subscription remains active.
Subscription access may require payment verification. Access may end when a subscription expires, is canceled, is unpaid, or otherwise becomes inactive.
You agree to provide reasonably accurate information when requesting JobMatch AI results. You must not knowingly use generated materials to misrepresent qualifications, credentials, education, employment history, licenses, or other material facts.
Prices displayed at the time of purchase apply to the selected service unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Recurring subscriptions continue according to the billing terms shown at checkout until canceled or otherwise terminated. Any refund, cancellation, or payment dispute is subject to the terms presented at purchase, applicable payment-provider procedures, and applicable law.
You may not use JobMatch AI to:
JobMatch AI may rely on third-party services for hosting, artificial intelligence, payments, email, and other operational functions. Third-party information, including job information when provided, may change or become unavailable.
Users should verify job openings, requirements, compensation, employer identity, and application instructions directly with the applicable employer or authoritative source before acting on them.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, JobMatch AI is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter acting on behalf of a listed employer, or a party to an employment relationship between a user and an employer.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of JobMatch AI. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JobMatch AI and Elevate8 Consultants are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content, employment decisions made by third parties, inaccurate or unavailable third-party information, or interruptions involving third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms as JobMatch AI changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
